Park Inn Hotel: Analysis

Nov.19
The Park Inn Hotel, a chain of Radisson, is a four stars hotel and spa. It costs approximately 120 - 140 Euros per night for the room. Anything related to the spa is added separately to your account. The nice thing about this hotel is the modern architecture. The conference rooms are nicely decorated with good amount of space and most of the rooms have a balcony view that overlooks the garden. They also have a play room for the children to play when the parents are in the spa. The spa facilities of the hotel are not very appealing but the pricing is reasonable.  Most of the people who visited the spa and reside in the hotel the week that our group visit were mostly older people.
The staffs are informative and knowledgeable but they are not very friendly. It is important since the hotel is a service orientated industry for the staff to be as cheerful and friendly as possible. The receptionist at the front desk did not smile when she greeted the guests and seem somewhat annoyed. If this is the greeting I get when I first check-in, they could guarantee I will not come back.
Overall, from a management prospective, I will give them a rating of 2.5 stars. They had great location and ideal rooms but they lack in services and facilities.
