Let the Journey begins...

I am officially done with packing! It is so hard to figure out what I need to bring. (If you have ever taken Dr. Brittingham's MicroEconomics class, you know what I mean). Why can I not take my whole room? It will be much easier. (>.<)

Oh...yesterday Dr. Allen took us on a tour of the Peabody Hotel and the River Inn. It is truly a 5 star experience. We got to meet with the General Managers of both hotel, Mr. Douglas Browne and Mr. Karl Friedrich. Mr. Browne and Friedrich offered us insights on how their operation is manage and run, as well as, employment and internship opportunity at their operation.

Time to double check everything...

Family Dinner

Sept. 23

Wednesday is just around the corner and my journey towards Austria is in just 3 days. I am really excited yet very nervous. I have never been away from home for more than a month let alone three. To help calm my nerves, my family invited me out to dinner tonight. It was lovely since it has been awhile since all of us sat down at one table together. Well back to packing.....
